Imagine a hidden alpine valley where silence, firelight, and starry skies set the rhythm. A place untouched by demands and deadlines. Here, surrounded by mountains and meadows, you step out of routine and into a place where leadership is rooted in presence.
Your Leadership Journey begins in Rassa, a mountain village where time feels suspended. From there you walk to Alpe Selvaccia, a secluded alpine pasture that can only be reached on foot or by donkey. Four rustic mountain huts rest on 22 hectares of meadow and pine, with a fire circle, a tipi, and a yoga platform looking out at Monte Rosa. Evenings gather around the flames; mornings open with silence and mountain air. Local hosts welcome you with honest meals, guide you along mountain trails, and share the rhythms of the valley. Here, comfort is found not in luxury, but in simplicity: wood, water, fire, and sky. It’s a place where you settle in as a guest, yet leave feeling at home in the wild.
Activities
Leadership takes new shape as you hike rugged trails, experience intense breathwork, share stories by the fire, and sleep beneath open skies. Wilderness strips away distractions, sharpening the executive presence that drives exceptional leadership.
The Journey follows a rhythm of practice and reflection. Breathwork opens the mornings, hikes connect you to the land, and circles invite you to listen and share. A sweat lodge and an optional solo quest deepen the process, while frameworks like Servant Leadership and Seven Generation Thinking bring structure and depth — exploring how your choices today affect the generations to come. Evenings bring nourishment, reflection, and a pizza night under the stars. These activities are both raw and guided, turning insight into sustainable leadership practice.
